(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Violators of any provision of §§ 30.01 through 30.03 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and shall be fined up to $1,000 and/or up to 12 months in the county jail per violation.
